Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1 qt. buttermilk
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. margarine
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
use Tony's garlic powder, too, to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Soak chicken in buttermilk, then roll chicken in mixture of flour and seasonings.
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place chicken in dish, breast side down and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Turn chicken again and pour mixture of buttermilk and mushroom soup over it.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
