Michigan Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburg
16 oz. tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 6 tsp. chili powder to taste
1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 bottle Frank's hot sauce
2 tsp. diced onion
Preparation
-
Boil hamburg and drain.
Mash hamburg after drained until fine.
Return to pot and add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
