Beef And Asparagus Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. asparagus
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 oz. angel hair pasta
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 lb. top round steak, thinly sliced
    1 small tomato, diced
Preparation
    Break off the tough ends of the asparagus by bending the stalks and letting them break; discard the ends.
    Cut asparagus into 2-inch long pieces.
    Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and return to pot to keep warm.
