Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomatoes or canned, crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 small clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
Cover and chill thoroughly at least 4 hours.
Serve in chilled bowls with croutons.
