Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    4 medium cucumbers or zucchini, cut long and sliced thin
    2 onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in salted water for 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Run cold water over and drain.
    In a large bowl combine vegetables, cucumbers and onion.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and soy sauce. Stir until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
    Pour vegetables and toss lightly.
