Herb Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. drained pimento, chopped
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    pinch of basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Pour into warm nonstick pan.
    As egg mixture sets, lift gently with spatula so uncooked mixture flows beneath.
    Cover egg mixture with mushrooms, pimento, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Fold in half.
    Serve on heated plate.
