Crab Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. of crab meat (flaked) or 2 lb. of crab meat and 2 lb. of shrimp
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. tomato puree or paste
    1/2 pint of half and half (1/2 cup)
    1 rounded Tbsp. Old bay seasoning or 1/2 Tbsp. of Tony Chacheres (or more to taste)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except crab.
    Then add crab meat and cook on stovetop until hot. Serve over rice.
