Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 24 small carrots
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut carrots in rounds.
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let marinate several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Wonderful make ahead salad!
