Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cooking sherry or wine
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt butter. Roll chicken in butter, skin side up. Pour cherry over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Place 4 to 6 cups of cooked white rice in casserole dish. Combine the soup, sour cream, drippings from chicken, paprika and mayonnaise. Pour half of mixture over rice. Place chicken (cooked) on top. Cover with rest of remaining mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
