Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. corn
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped sweet red peppers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Makes 5 to 6 pints.
