Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    4 medium potatoes (uncooked), peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. water
    1 envelope Lipton soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large skillet, brown chops; drain on paper towels.
    In buttered 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.
    In small bowl, combine water and soup mix.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
