Tuna Fish And Mushroom Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. finely chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sharp cheese, grated
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. tuna fish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    24 rounds of toast
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Fry onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually; heat to boiling.
    Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, egg yolks, tuna and seasoning.
    Allow to cool; spread on toast.
    Cover with bread crumbs and brown in oven!
