Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 clove garlic, scored
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and green peppers
    1 c. water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute in oil until done. Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon juice.
    Add the cooked chicken and cut up lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and peppers.
    Add can of water chestnuts (drained).
    Toss with chicken mixture.
    Marinate overnight.
    Before serving, add the sesame seed.
