Colorado Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can potato soup
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle a lot of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
