Noodle Pudding * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. broad noodles
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. soft butter or margarine
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook noodles 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine all other ingredients with hand mixer.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Mix noodles with ingredients.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If this is to be frozen, bake 40 minutes, then, when ready to eat, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
