Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. broken nuts
    1/2 c. unprocessed bran flakes (optional)
    5 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.
    Mix with dry ingredients.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
    Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
