Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. vanilla
    2 cans pecans
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
    Add pecans.
    Mix, then gradually add flour.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Take out 1 hour before; using teaspoon, roll in balls and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Roll in confectioners sugar when hot, then again when cooled.
