Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion
1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with cheese slices.
Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.
Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
Pour batter over meat filling; spread to cover completely.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Cut into squares.
Serve while hot.
