Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 large green peppers, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. celery, cut in pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 can concentrated consomme
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    Chinese noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips.
    Heat butter or margarine in skillet. Add meat and fry until richly browned.
    Add onion and the next five ingredients.
    Cook, covered, 20 to 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
