Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. medium salsa
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Add salt, tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce to low heat.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve meat mixture over hot rice.
    Top with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips or olives.
    Makes 4 servings.
