Chocolate Icing(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Cool.
Beat until creamy; spread on cake.
