Lemon Caper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    5 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. drained capers
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika and pepper on a plate.
    Press chicken into mixture, coating evenly and then shake off excess.
    In a heavy 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
    Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
    Do not overcook.
    Place on heated platter.
    Add chicken broth to skillet, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom. Stir in the lemon juice and capers and heat through.
    Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
    Serves 4.
