Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears of corn, cut off cob
    6 onions, chopped
    4 red sweet peppers, chopped
    4 green sweet peppers, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    2 hot peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine and boil for 25 minutes.
    Makes about 12 pints.
    Place in sterile jars and seal.
