Macaroni And Cheese Casserole(Non-Dairy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    pinch of turmeric
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. nutritional yeast flakes
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook the elbows.
    In a saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Beat in flour with a wire whisk and continue to beat over medium flame until smooth and bubbly.
    Whip in boiling water, salt, soy sauce, garlic powder and turmeric, beating well to dissolve.
    The sauce should cook until it thickens and bubbles. Then whip in 1/4 cup oil and the yeast flakes.
    Mix part of the sauce with the noodles and put in casserole dish, and pour a generous amount of sauce on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Put in broiler for a few minutes until \"cheese\" is stretchy and crisp.
