Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped black olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
mayonnaise
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine vermicelli, oil, lemon juice and garlic. Toss and chill. Add celery, bell pepper, olives and onions. Mix well. Add mayonnaise and chill.
