Stuffed Hog Maw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hog maw
    3 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. hot turkey sausage
    1 lb. turkey sausage (not hot)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 large potatoes, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean the stomach and remove membranes.
    Mix potatoes, onion, celery, cabbage, sausage and seasonings.
    Stuff the stomach as tightly as you can and sew up.
    Bake in large roaster with cover on at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Brown, uncovered, for last 10 minutes.
    Gravy may be made and served with it.
