Honey Walleye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 tsp. honey
    2 c. butter-flavored crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 walleye fillets
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    lemon wedge
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, beat egg; add honey.
    In plastic bag, combine crackers and salt.
    Smash crackers until fine.
    Coat fillets in egg.
    Place in bag and shake.
    Cook fillets in oil, 3 to 5 minutes a side.
    Serve with lemon wedge.
