Linguini Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguini
1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 eggs
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 pt. heavy or light cream
Preparation

Start cooking pasta.
Meanwhile, cube bacon and cook until transparent.
Add onion and cook until slightly brown and crisp. Drain fat; add wine and simmer 5 minutes.
Set aside.
