Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots or 2 jars baby food (small)
1 c. pecans
1 small can pineapple, drained
Preparation
-
Sift first 5 ingredients together.
Add oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add carrots, pecans and pineapple.
