Ginger Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. shortening (margarine)
    2 eggs
    1 c. molasses
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Add hot water last.
    Bake until it's brown and center springs back.
    Bake on shallow cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Can glaze with powdered sugar frosting.
