Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. flour
4 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can beer (small)
1/4 c. sherry
4 c. chicken or turkey, diced
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter 5 minutes
6 c. cooked spaghetti, washed and drained
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Make sauce of butter, flour, milk and Velveeta cheese.
Mix with other ingredients.
Pour into shallow buttered casserole. Cover with Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
Serves 12.
