Turkey Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 slices bread
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Combine turkey, onion, salt and poultry seasoning.
    In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk, celery, mayonnaise and pepper.
    Cut crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
    Arrange crusts in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Place turkey mix on top of bread.
    Pour egg mix over casserole and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Before baking, top with soup and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Add olives for effect before serving.
