Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick Quaker oats
Preparation

Melt chips, condensed milk and 3 tablespoons margarine in double boiler.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Combine remaining ingredients and press 2/3 of dough in 10 x 16-inch pan.
Pour chocolate mixture over this.
Crumble remaining oat mixture over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
