Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix sauerkraut, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
