Cajun Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil (for frying)
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning or mix 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. each: garlic and onion powders, 1/4 tsp. salt and dried thyme leaves and 1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves fillets, all pieces halved crosswise
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat 1/2-inch oil to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix flour, seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt.
    In another bowl, mix egg, milk and pepper sauce.
    Sprinkle chicken with remaining salt. Coat with egg mixture; drain off excess.
    Coat with flour; shake off excess.
    In hot oil, fry chicken 6 minutes or until browned and cooked.
    Drain.
