Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    7 c. milk
    4 large potatoes, baked, cooked, peeled and cubed
    12 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pot.
    Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickens.
    Add potatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir constantly; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
