Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boned, skinned chicken
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large pkg. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken into slices.
    Brown in hot oil until cooked, about 5 minutes.
    Add broth, wine, broccoli and soup.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.
