Lemon Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, juice and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into egg mixture alternately with milk.
    Fold in lemon peel, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Yield: 1 loaf.
