Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) chickens, cut up
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
