Microwave Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, water, onion, garlic, chilies, chili powder, salt, marjoram and pepper in a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes.
    In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Blend well. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
    Drop meatballs into soup.
    Cook on High for 11 to 13 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer red, stirring after 5 minutes.
    Let stand five minutes before serving.
