Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Put broccoli in pot with 4 cups water and simmer until broccoli is soft.
    Chop with knife while in pot.
    Add chicken broth and milk.
    Sprinkle flour and nutmeg into soup and stir until thick. Serve with grated cheese and hot rolls.
    Serves 4 to 6.
