Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small presweetened apricot or orange jello
    1 can seedless apricots
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Add softened cream cheese to dry jello slowly.
    Add hot water. Put apricots (with juice) into blender; puree, adding lemon juice.
    Fold in pineapple (with juice).
    Chill overnight.
    Serve on lettuce.
