Hot Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix and sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
    Combine butter, milk and vanilla.
    Add to sifted dry ingredients and blend lightly; add optional 1/2 cup nuts and mix.
    Spread batter in a 9-inch square pan.
    Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
    Carefully pour hot water over topping.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Good with ice cream.
    Serves 9.
