Carrie'S Devilish Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
    Slice hard-boiled eggs in half; remove yolks.
    Set halves aside.
    Mash yolks with a fork in a bowl.
    Add sugar, cayenne pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mash yolks.
    Blend well.
    Spoon yolk mixture into halves.
    Refrigerate. Keep covered.
    May omit cayenne pepper and add 1 or 2 tablespoons relish or minced onion.
