Baked Chopped Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth, or bouillon
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat; combine remaining ingredients in large casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
