Anadawa Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, slowly pour boiling water over corn meal; stir.
    Let cool 1 hour.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add to corn meal along with other ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly, cover and let rise until doubled.
