Cheese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    corn flakes crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Place in baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
    Melt cheese and butter.
    Stir constantly or it will scorch.
    Pour over carrots.
    Top with corn flakes crumbs. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
