Christmas Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 small can ripe olives, chopped (1/2 c.)
    2 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    large pinch of soda
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Sprinkle with paprika and roll. Wrap in foil and chill.
    Slice as needed and serve with Ritz crackers.
    Keeps 3 weeks in refrigerator.
