Plantation Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.5 oz.) box regular yellow cake mix
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    1/2 c. cream sherry
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring until just blended.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer exactly 2 minutes.
    Pour batter into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake is done.
    Serve warm or cool.
    If desired serve with fruit preserves, applesauce or ice cream.
