Meat Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded cabbage
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. meat loaf mixture or ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flour
    1 egg
    pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a large Dutch oven.
    Add cabbage.
    Cook, stirring, until wilted.
    Add the soy sauce.
    Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
    Add the 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar.
    Mix together by hand the meat loaf mixture or ground beef, 1 teaspoon salt, the flour, egg, pepper, chopped onion and milk.
    In a 2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of cabbage, meat, cabbage, meat and ending with cabbage.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
